Final Major Project: Brand Extension Strategy for Coastal Hotels Without Beach Access

This final major project explored how hotels located in coastal cities without direct beach access can transform this limitation into a strategic brand extension opportunity. Using Shangri-La Jeddah as a case study, the project involved market analysis, idea generation, graphic design, app design, and the development of an integrated communication strategy to reposition the absence of beach access as a distinctive and competitive brand strength.
